Biden Administration Officials Commend Ambassador Taranjit Sandhu for Leadership in India-US Relations

A farewell reception, held at the India House on Monday in recognition of Sandhu's impending retirement from the foreign service after a distinguished career spanning over three decades, drew attendance from Biden administration officials and representatives from the think-tank community.

During the event, Rahul Gupta, Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy in the White House, extended appreciation to the outgoing ambassador, stating, "Ambassador, you have served India well and have laid the groundwork for thousands, and more than a thousand flowers, to bloom."
